Immigration-specific preparation packages, custom immigration-document preparation, EOIR motions, appeals, representation, and associated booking or payment options are not published or offered. Neither the owner nor the LLC is represented as DOJ-recognized, EOIR-accredited, attorney-supervised, or approved by counsel.
Texas Notary Public role
The commissioned person notarizes customer-provided documents but does not select, prepare, draft, modify, or advise on a legal instrument or choose the notarial certificate. Maximum statutory fees are published in the bilingual fee schedule and separately itemized from non-notarial charges.
Remote online notarization is not offered. The course was completed, but no online-notary application has been submitted and no online-notary commission has been issued.
