Are you an attorney?
No. Yusbelito Notary Immigration & Tax Solutions, LLC does not provide legal advice, legal document drafting, or legal representation.
What should I send in the first message?
Only your name, preferred language, contact method, and the service you are asking about. Do not send SSNs, A-numbers, passport numbers, tax records, government IDs, or banking information through the public inquiry.
Do you currently offer immigration form preparation or EOIR services?
No. Immigration-specific preparation packages, EOIR motions, appeals, representation, booking, and payment are not published or offered. No DOJ recognition, EOIR accreditation, attorney supervision, or counsel approval is claimed.
How much is a certified translation?
$80 per standard page of up to 250 words. Express service and any separately required notarization are quoted after review.
Does ITIN preparation guarantee approval?
No. The $275 first-time primary-applicant service covers $250 preparation/review and $25 mailing/document shipment. The IRS alone decides whether to issue an ITIN.
What are your business hours?
Monday–Friday 9:30 AM–6:30 PM, Saturday 1:00 PM–5:00 PM, and Sunday closed, Central Time.
Can the commissioned Texas Notary Public select my certificate?
No. The commissioned person cannot choose the certificate or legal instrument for a customer. You or the document issuer must make that choice.
